Diana Cretu
Diana Cretu is an attorney-at-law, member of Bucharest Bar Association since 2016. During her career, she gained extensive expertise in both dispute resolution and legal consultancy.
In the litigation field, Diana was involved in disputes on intellectual property, civil and commercial matters, including in relation to the performance of contractual obligations and enforcement proceedings. Her experience also includes assisting and representing clients in labour lawsuits. In the consultancy area, her activity includes advising on intellectual property, GDPR and privacy projects related to implementation and continuous compliance, as well as on contractual and consumer protection matters and regulatory issues.
Diana has also been providing an all-encompassing range of activities, which vary from day-to-day advice on corporate governance matters to implementing operations such as share capital increases, decreases and share transfers. Furthermore, she was involved in due diligence procedures regarding share deals and asset deal transactions.
