Gabriela Umbrarescu
Gabriela Umbrarescu, Associate, has been a member of the Bucharest Bar Association since 2022. She graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Bucharest, in June 2022.
Gabriela is involved in intellectual property projects concerning the defence of prior trademark rights in various conflicts, as well as in projects concerning partition, enforcement proceedings or tax residency. She believes that perseverance and curiosity are two assets that a lawyer must cultivate during their career, building on creativity. Gabriela constantly demonstrates special attention to detail, admirable patience, and the desire to acquire new knowledge and skills.
