Throughout her career, she has advised and represented numerous clients in significant cases involving competition, consumer protection, regulatory, and intellectual property concerns across all jurisdictions.
Iulia has actively participated in the structuring and management of intellectual property portfolios within sectors such as luxury jewellery, mineral waters, retail, and sizeable transactions involving multinational corporations within the mobile technology field. Her role extends to offering comprehensive guidance on patent prosecution, trademark and design strategy, as well as computer software protection. Iulia’s profound dedication to her field is also evident through her involvement in presenting and lecturing at conferences and seminars. She addresses intricate and pioneering facets of trademark, design, industrial model rights, counterfeiting, and unfair competition practices. Her audiences are comprised of specialists, including lawyers, judges, legal counsellors, police officials, and customs officers.
Within the Legislative Committee of the Romanian Chamber of Patent Attorneys, Iulia has held several significant mandates.
