Veronica Floroiu
Veronica Floroiu has been a member of the Bucharest Bar Association since 2005, working in the IP field since 2008. She has been a member of the Romanian Chamber of Trademark and Patent Attorneys since 2012.
She is also licensed in European Studies.
Veronica has intensively worked in the trademark and copyright field, with an equal focus on consultancy work and dispute resolution. She has represented clients in numerous IP rights litigations related to pharmaceutical, mineral waters and industrial fields.
She also handles the national and global trademark portfolio of Romanian clients from the bearings and banking industry, as well as from the pharmaceutical field, coordinating ongoing projects of trademark registration, active protection against infringement, negotiation of various agreements relating to intellectual property rights at a national level, European level and equally on the Asian and North and South American markets.
Veronica’s experience includes advising high-profile international clients in their IP matters in Romania, in all relevant aspects, from prosecution to litigation.
Veronica was a member of the INTA Anti-Counterfeiting Committee between 2020-2021 and plans on collaborating with INTA again, taking into consideration that her experience, ideas and activity are widely appreciated. She is a member of the Disciplinary Committee of the Romanian Chamber of Trademark and Patent Attorneys.
