After the acknowledgement in the Trademarks area, here comes another one in the Patent field!
The publication IAM PATENT has released its 2020 list of top firms providing quality services in Romania. Milcev Burbea was recommended among best firms in the litigation and transactions area and was described as “fantastic professionals and wonderful people”. IAM Patent recognized the high-quality services provided, mentioning that our Office “has cultivated an excellent reputation for producing concise yet rigorous patent analyses that hits the mark when it comes to quality and value”.
Iulia Burbea and Gabriela Milcev, described as “firm’s leading lights” were endorsed by the publication among the recommended individuals in the Romanian landscape.
Gabriela was described as “an artful arbitrator who knows how to resolve dicey disputes and can construct solutions for even the most intractable problems”, whereas Iulia was characterized as excelling “in structuring complex IP portfolios, maximising their yield to squeeze every last drop of value from an original idea”.
