We recently celebrated the 11-year anniversary of our colleague Veronica Floroiu joining Milcev Burbea.
Over those years, Veronica has become a huge part of our intellectual property practice, working across trademarks and copyright, advisory work and dispute resolution, and representing clients across a wide range of industries and jurisdictions.
But an anniversary like this is about much more than the work itself.
Veronica is one of those lawyers who becomes completely invested in a case – she is meticulous and persistent, with an extraordinary eye for detail, but also incredibly creative when it comes to finding the right solution for a client. After 11 years of working together, we know just how much thought, care, and determination sit behind everything she does.
And beyond all of that, she is simply a joy to work with! Over the years, we have built strategies together, debated ideas, worked our way through difficult cases, celebrated the good outcomes, and inevitably learned a great deal from one another along the way.
Eleven years represents a considerable amount of work and professional growth, but also trust, shared experiences, long-standing relationships, and a lot of life lived alongside the people you work with.
Veronica has grown with Milcev Burbea and, just as importantly, has helped shape the firm we are today.
